If the purchased item did not suit you by colour, style, size or some other parameters, we are ready to exchange it for a more suitable product or refund your money.
You can cancel the order fully or partly before receiving it or within 30 days after receiving the order. Return of goods of good quality is possible while maintaining all the features, appearance (no traces of operation), packaging and product labels. In this case, you are only returned the cost of the goods. Shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded. In case of partial refund, the cost of shipping the order is also not refundable.
In the event of a dispute about the reasons for the origin of the deficiencies or the fact of use of the goods and the safety of its presentation, an independent examination of the goods will be conducted within 7 days from the date of request receipt. The client has the right to participate in the examination and challenge her opinion in court.
