POLICY

REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR TERNOVSKAYA EKATERINA IGOREVNA (rev. of 11.02.2026)

This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of protection and processing of personal data and applies to all personal data that the Operator may receive from the User when they use the functionality of the Site, including when ordering goods from the Site.

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes, the date of the last revision update is indicated in the header of the Policy.

The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is constantly available on the page at [https://zidans.ru/page/politika-konfidentsialnosti?lang=en]

Use of the Site means the unconditional consent of the User to this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal data specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Site.

In everything that is not regulated by this Policy, the parties are guided by the provisions of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

To this Policy, including the interpretation of its provisions and the procedure for adoption, execution, modification and termination, the legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Personal data — any information relating to a specific or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data) based on such information. For the purposes of this Policy, personal data is understood as both information that the User provides about themselves through forms on the Site, and information that is automatically transmitted to the Operator in the process of using the Site by the User.

Operator – Individual Entrepreneur Ternovskaya Ekaterina Igorevna (INN 772781599865, OGRNIP 318774600209987), who is the owner of the Site.

User — any natural person who can provide the Operator with their Personal Data, including by browsing the Site, sending the Operator their Personal Data through forms on the Site.

Partners – third parties to whom the Operator is entitled to transfer the Personal Data of Users in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Site, the conclusion and execution of contracts with Users.

Site — a website created and owned by the Operator, accessible on the Internet at https://zidans.ru, the visiting and use of the functionality of which is the basis for the processing of Users' Personal Data. 

"Cookie" files — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's device. "Cookie" files contain small fragments of text and are used to store information about the operation of browsers. They allow for the storage and retrieval of identification information and other information on computers, smartphones and other devices.

Counter — a computer program using a piece of code installed on a website, responsible for analyzing "cookie" files and collecting statistical and personal data of this website. The collection of personal data is carried out in an anonymized form.

IP-address — a number from the numbering resource of a data transmission network built on the basis of the IP protocol, which uniquely identifies, when providing telematic communication services, including access to the Internet, a subscriber terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet, other device) or communication facilities included in the information system and belonging to the User.

 

1. SCOPE AND CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

1.1. Personal data processed by the Operator includes:

1.1.1. Information provided by the User independently during registration (account creation):

• Name, surname;

• Phone number;

• Email address.
  
  1.1.2. Data provided by the User for the purposes of payment and delivery of goods:

• residential address;

• email address;

• phone number.
  
  1.1.3. Data that is transmitted in automatic mode during the use of the Site using software installed on the User's device:

• IP address, cookie file data, information about the User's browser (or other program used to access the Site), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Site, addresses of requested pages and other similar information. These data are processed in an anonymized form and are not used by the Operator to establish the identity of the User. 1.2. If necessary, the list of Users' Personal Data processed by the Operator may be changed by the Operator with notification to Users by publishing the current version of this Policy on the Site. 1.3. This Policy is applicable only to information processed during the use of the Site. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the processing of personal data by third-party sites to which the User may navigate via links available on the Site. 1.4. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by the User and does not have the ability to assess their legal capacity.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING USERS' PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The purposes of processing Users' Personal Data by the Operator are:

2.1.1. providing Users with the functionality of the Site;

2.1.2. identification of Users when providing services, concluding agreements and contracts with the Operator;

2.1.3. providing the User with personalized services and offerings; 

2.1.4. sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Site, execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests, claims and applications from the User;

2.1.5. improving the quality of the Site's operation, the convenience of its use for the User, development of new services and features;

2.1.6. consulting Users regarding the characteristics of the Operator's goods; 

2.1.7. targeting of advertising materials;

2.1.8. sending advertising and information messages (if written consent is provided);

2.1.9. conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;

2.1.10. maintaining a client base;

2.1.11. compliance with legislative requirements, including fulfillment of requests from government bodies, storage of accounting and tax reporting;

2.1.12. analysis of User behavior on the Site.

3. CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

3.1. The Operator is entitled to transfer the User's Personal Data to third parties in the following cases:

3.1.1. The User has expressed consent to such actions;

3.1.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain service or for the execution of an agreement or contract with the User, including for the payment and delivery of goods to the Buyer;

3.1.3. The transfer is necessary for the functioning and operability of the Site itself;

3.1.4. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law;

3.1.5. Such transfer occurs as part of a sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), while all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by the acquirer are transferred;

3.1.6. In order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties in cases where the User violates the User Agreement of the Site [https://zidans.ru/page/soglashenie?lang=en], this Policy, or documents containing the terms of use of specific services.

3.1.7. As a result of processing the User's Personal Data by anonymizing it, anonymized statistical data are obtained, which are transferred to a third party for conducting research, performing work or providing services on behalf of the Operator.

 

4. PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA BY PARTNERS

4.1. In order to provide Users with the opportunity to use the Site for its intended purpose, as well as to properly fulfill the obligations assumed by the Operator, Users' Personal Data may also be processed by the Operator's Partners. Without this, the provision of the full functionality of the Site is technically impossible or their incorrect functioning is possible; payment and delivery of goods ordered on the Site are also impossible.

4.2. Users' Personal Data may be processed by the following Partners:

The Partner may receive access to the following User data: User's IP address; data about the browser, device and operating system; access time, page URL and referrer (address of the previous page); cookie files; information about User actions on the Site; phone number.

Purpose of processing: analytics of user actions on the Site; advertising targeting. 

Robokassa LLC (OGRN 1055009302215, INN 5047063929 and KPP 771601001, Moscow, vnutrigorodskaya territoriya municipal district Babushkinskiy, Iskry st., 31, bldg. 1, room 15a premises III),

The Partner may receive access to the following User data: User's email.

Purpose of processing: issuing a receipt when paying for goods ordered on the Site. 

SDEK LLC (OGRN 1217200000160, INN 7203513956 and KPP 720301001, Tyumen region, Tyumen, Mikhail Speransky st., 17, premises 7),

The Partner may receive access to the following User data: Full name, phone number, residential address of the User (delivery address of orders), email address.

Purpose of processing: delivery of the order to the User. 

UniSender SMART LLC (OGRN: 1227700213180, INN: 9731091240, 127015, Moscow, vnutrigorodskaya territoriya municipal district Butyrskiy, Bolshaya Novodmitrovskaya st., 23, floor/premises 2/46)

The Partner may receive access to the following User data: Full name, email address.

Purpose of processing: sending advertising information (with User consent). 

InSales Rus LLC (OGRN 1117746506514, INN 7714843760, Moscow, vnutrigorodskaya territoriya municipal district Tverskoy, 1-Ya Tverskaya-Yamskaya st., 21),

The Partner may receive access to the following User data: Full name, email address, phone number, residential address of the User (delivery address of orders) 

Purpose of processing: processing Users' orders.

4.3. The User has the right at any time to demand the termination of the processing of their Personal Data by sending an application to the Operator at the email address support@zidans.ru. The User is notified that in such a case, the Operator does not guarantee the possibility of using the Site, the provision of services in full and/or with proper quality, while bearing no responsibility to the User.

4.4. In case of disagreement with the transfer of their Personal Data to Partners on the conditions specified in this Policy, the User is obliged to immediately refuse to use the functionality of the Site and any interaction with the Operator.

5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA USING COOKIE FILES AND COUNTERS

5.1. Cookie files transmitted by the Site to the User's equipment and by the User's equipment to the Operator may be used by the Operator to provide the User with personalized services, for targeting advertising shown to the User, for statistical and research purposes, as well as to improve the Site.

5.2. The User realizes that the equipment and software used by them to visit the Site may have a function for prohibiting operations with cookie files, as well as deleting previously received cookie files.

5.3. The structure of a cookie file, its content and technical parameters are determined by the Site and may change without prior notice to the User.

5.4. Counters placed by the Site may be used to analyze the User's cookie files, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Site, as well as to ensure the operability of the Site as a whole or its individual functions in particular. Technical parameters of the counters' operation are determined by the Operator and may change without prior notice to the User.

5.6. In case of refusal to process "cookie" files and/or transfer any other information to a third party - Yandex LLC, which occurs when using the Site, the User is obliged to immediately stop using the Site and/or disable cookies in the browser settings.

5.7. Consent to the processing of "cookie" files collected by the Operator automatically is expressed by clicking "Agree" in the banner on the Site when the User first opens the Site or another button similar in meaning.

5.8 When "cookie" files are disabled, individual functions of the Site may be unavailable or work incorrectly, and the Operator bears no responsibility for such restrictions.

6. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The User makes the decision to provide their Personal Data and gives consent to its processing freely, by their own will and in their own interest.

6.2. The consent to the processing of personal data provided by the User is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous.

6.3. The User confirms that the Personal Data provided by them, including contact data (phone number, email address, etc.), belongs to them legally, is accurate and can be processed by the Operator as the User's personal data.

6.4. In the case of processing the User's Personal Data on the basis of their separate consent to such processing by checking the indicator of the corresponding checkbox, such consent to the processing of Personal Data is provided by the User in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature.

6.5. A User who has given consent to the processing of their Personal Data is considered to have read and accepted the provisions of this Policy.

6.6. Consent, including consent given by the User in accordance with Section 6 of the Policy, is valid from the moment of its provision until its withdrawal by the User or the achievement of the purposes of Personal Data processing (whichever occurs first). In case of withdrawal, the User is obliged to notify the Operator in writing at the email address support@zidans.ru.

7. UPDATING, CORRECTION, DELETION, DESTRUCTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1. The Operator collects and stores only those Personal Data that are necessary to provide the opportunity to use the Site, services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except for cases where the legislation provides for the mandatory storage of Personal Data for a certain period.

7.2. The User can at any time change, update, supplement or delete the Personal Data provided by them or part thereof by sending a message to support@zidans.ru.

7.3. Destruction of Personal Data is carried out in the following cases:

• upon reaching the purposes of Personal Data processing or in case of loss of necessity to achieve the purposes of Personal Data processing;

• upon detection of the fact of unlawful processing of Personal Data;

• upon withdrawal by the User of consent to the processing of Personal Data.
  
  7.4. Methods of destruction of Personal Data and confirmation of the fact of destruction are determined by the local acts of the Operator depending on the methods of processing Personal Data and the material carriers on which the recording and storage of Personal Data is carried out. 
  
  7.5. Personal Data of Users is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.
  
  7.6. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing listed in the Policy, or until the withdrawal of consent for its processing (whichever occurs earlier). At the same time, the User is notified that in case of such withdrawal, the functionality of the Site may become unavailable to the User, and the purchase of goods may become impossible in whole or in part, for which the Operator does not bear any responsibility.

8. PRINCIPLES AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

8.1. Principles of Personal Data processing:

• processing is carried out no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing;

• implementation of personal data processing on a lawful and fair basis;

• ensuring the limitation of personal data processing to pre-determined and lawful purposes of personal data processing, including the prevention of personal data processing incompatible with the purposes of personal data collection (receipt);

• processing exclusively those personal data that meet the purposes of personal data processing;

• ensuring the compliance of the content and volume of processed personal data with the stated purposes of personal data processing, including the prevention of processing personal data excessive in relation to the stated purposes of their processing;

• implementation of personal data storage no longer than required by the purposes of their processing;

• destruction upon reaching the purposes of their processing, in case of loss of necessity to achieve these purposes or upon receipt of the User's requirement. 8.2. The Operator is obliged to ensure the confidentiality of Personal Data. The Operator is obliged not to disclose to third parties and not to distribute Personal Data without the consent of the Personal Data subject, unless otherwise provided by law and the Policy. 8.3. The Operator does not process special categories of Personal Data concerning racial or national identity, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, intimate life and other categories of Personal Data requiring organization and application of special protection measures in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING.

9.1. Legal grounds for processing Personal Data, on the basis of which processing of Personal Data by the Operator is allowed, are:

9.1.1. the User's consent to the processing of their Personal Data;

9.1.2. a contract to which the User is a party, or a beneficiary or guarantor, if the processing of Personal Data is necessary for the conclusion of said contract or the fulfillment of obligations under the contract;

9.1.3. achievement of the goals provided for by law, for the implementation and fulfillment of functions, powers and duties imposed by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the Operator.

10. PROTECTION OF USERS' PERSONAL DATA

10.1. The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Users' Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions with it by third parties.

10.2. The Operator has notified the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects about the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements established by the Federal Law "On Personal Data".

10.3. Processing of the User's Personal Data is carried out using automation tools.

10.4. When processing personal data in an automated way, the Operator takes necessary measures to ensure the security of the processed Personal Data.

 

11. PROCEDURE FOR CONSIDERING USER APPEALS

11.1. The User is entitled to send all proposals, questions, requests and other appeals regarding this Policy and the use of their personal data to the Operator:

  In accordance with Part 1 of Art. 20 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the Operator provides a response to such an appeal within thirty days from the date of its receipt.
