This photoshoot features a group of Bolshoi Ballet Academy students. We wanted to capture a variety of moments: warm-up, communication, ordered synchronised actions and staged unnatural compositions of diverse poses. 

As always, we start the process of preparing a photoshoot with a moodboard by our creative director Lilya.

Fun fact: what started as a collage visualising the mood of the photoshoot (first image), ended up being a print on our Long sleeve T-shirt with collage print "the unknown soldier of corps de ballet".
