CONSENT

to receive advertising information

The User, by placing a checkmark in the indicator of the corresponding checkbox on the Operator's website https://zidans.ru/ (hereinafter – the Site), by their own will and in their own interest gives their specific, substantive, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to IE Ternovskaya Ekaterina Igorevna (INN 772781599865, OGRNIP 318774600209987), hereinafter – the Operator, for the sending of advertising by the Operator to the User's address under the conditions specified in this Consent. 

Methods of sending advertising information: The User gives consent to the sending of advertising information by the following methods:

• to the phone number specified by the User via SMS, messengers, phone calls, push notifications;

• to the email address specified by the User;

The purpose of sending advertising information to the User: promotion of the Operator's goods and services, informing about the Operator's goods, services, promotions, offers, and events. In case of refusal to sign this Consent, the sending of advertising materials to the User's address by the Operator will not be carried out.

Term of validity of the consent: The Consent is valid from the moment the User places the corresponding mark and until its withdrawal.

Procedure for obtaining the User's consent to receive advertising information and its withdrawal: when sending advertising information on the basis of a separate consent of the User, expressed by placing a check mark in the indicator of the corresponding checkbox, such consent is provided by the User in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature. A User who has given consent to receive advertising information by placing a "check mark" in the checkbox is considered to have read and accepted the provisions of this Consent. The User, by placing a mark in the checkbox, confirms that the contact details provided by them belong to them on legal grounds, are accurate, and may be used by the Operator for sending advertising materials during the period of validity of the Consent. Consent to receive advertising information may be withdrawn by the User at any time by following the link that will be sent to the User with each advertising message, and/or by sending a message to the Operator at the email address: support@zidans.ru.
