CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The User, by placing a checkmark in the indicator of the corresponding checkbox on the Operator's website https://zidans.ru/ (hereinafter – the Site), by their own will and in their own interest gives their specific, substantive, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to IE Ternovskaya Ekaterina Igorevna (INN 772781599865, OGRNIP 318774600209987), hereinafter – the Operator, for the processing by the Operator, including by means of collection, systematization, storage (deletion, clarification, updating, changing), use, transfer, depersonalization, destruction, of their personal data in accordance with Art. 9 of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."

The User is familiar with and agrees that:

Consent is given for the purposes of providing users with the functionality of the Site; identification of Users when providing services, concluding agreements and contracts with the Operator; providing the User with personalized services and offerings, as well as the conclusion and execution of agreements and contracts; sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Site, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as the processing of requests, claims, and applications from the User; improving the quality of the Site's operation, the convenience of its use for the User, development of new services and features; consulting Users regarding the characteristics of the Operator's goods; targeting of advertising materials; sending advertising and information messages (if written consent is provided); conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data; maintaining a client base; compliance with legislative requirements: including fulfillment of requests from government bodies, storage of accounting and tax reporting; analysis of User behavior on the Site.

2. The scope and categories of personal data processed by the Operator, in respect of which the user gives consent for their processing, are specified in Section 1 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.

The list of such third parties is specified in Section 4 of the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy.

7. Consent may be withdrawn by the user or their representative at any time by sending an application to the Operator at the email address support@zidans.ru.

At the same time, the user is notified that in the event of withdrawal of consent, all or part of the functionality of the Site may become unavailable to the user, obligations to the user may not be fulfilled in full, in connection with which the Operator will not bear any responsibility.

8. In the event that the User does not agree with one or more provisions of this consent, the user is obliged to refrain from further actions regarding the use of the functionality of the Site or ordering goods from the Site.
