Design. Black tulle skirt, also known as a Chopin skirt or a romantic tutu skirt. 1 layer of tulle over a black chiffon circle skirt. One skirt — three colours: 1st layer — non-transparent opaque black chiffon, 2nd layer — white tulle with contrast beige inserts. Soft elastic waist without fasteners. Branded elastic band lined with grey Italian biflex. Skirt's length — 76 cm.
